Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the DPP Global platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

DPP Global is a Digital Product Passport Service Provider under ESPR Article 2(32). We help garment factories create, host and submit DPPs. We provide tooling; we are not a legal or certification authority, and compliance outcomes depend on the accuracy of the data you provide.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate factory and product information.
• Two-factor authentication is required for administrative roles.

3. Acceptable use

You may not submit unlawful, infringing or knowingly false data, attempt to breach platform security, or resell the service without a licensing agreement.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans renew monthly. A 14-day free trial is available with no card required. You can cancel at any time and export your data in JSON-LD.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for regulatory penalties arising from inaccurate data you supply.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, with EU consumer and data-protection law applying where mandatory.
